25. November – Day 77
This Monday, we went to the youth center, and I began working on a presentation about the European Solidarity Corps. The Georgian volunteers and I were tasked with creating it for a school visit. Unfortunately, the others had to leave early as they weren’t feeling well.
26. November – Day 78
Richárd picked me up at 2 PM, and we headed to the workshop. I worked on fixing a 3D model of a phone stand I’d designed earlier, which had issues making it unprintable on Richárd’s 3D printer. He focused on a plan to decorate a window of the old school building where the workshop is located.
I also wanted to repair a broken keyboard/digital piano, but time ran out after finishing the 3D model. We attempted to print it, but the process failed partway through. Richárd also invited me to join the Discord and Minecraft servers of his gaming community, where he is the leader.
27. November – Day 79
Back at the youth center, we discussed switching our team management tool from Trello to Notion, aiming for better organization. I also continued working on the presentation and helped plan next week’s activities.
28. November – Day 80
At 9:30 AM, we met Roland in front of the house and went to a school where we played games with the students. The rest of the day was free.
29. November – Day 81
While the Georgian volunteers attended mentoring sessions, I worked independently on the presentation.
30. November – Day 82
Saturday was a free day, so I dedicated it to the presentation. It was also the opening day of Szolnok’s Christmas Market! I met up with Roland, András, and some friends. We enjoyed traditional treats like Lángos and Kürtöskalács and later went to a pub to round off the evening.

1. December – Day 83
Sunday was another Christmas crafting session at the youth center, where we made little Christmas goblins. It was also our first time meeting Natia, a short-term volunteer who had been here before me. She’s now returned for a ten-month stay, though she’s currently based in another city while the other Georgian volunteers are here.
The Georgian volunteers will leave on December 12, marking the end of their time here.
